Submit a correction

If something here is wrong, it matters and we want to know — particularly because this publication is machine-written and its whole argument is that it can be checked. You do not need to be the subject of the item, and you do not need to be polite.

Email corrections@edmontondailybrief.ca with the headline and what is wrong. A link to the correct source helps and is not required.

What happens next Every report is read. If the item is wrong it is corrected on the page, logged here permanently with the original wording, and the check that should have caught it is named. Corrections are never quietly edited away — the log lives in version control.

The log

No corrections yet. That is not a boast — the site is new, and the honest expectation is that this page will not stay empty. When something is wrong it will be listed here, dated, with the original wording and an account of which check failed to catch it.
