Notes

Named human rights complaints heading to hearing, with grounds — including employment and police matters. Low volume, high interest.

Parties are named and the allegations are UNPROVEN. Grounds of discrimination are quasi-sensitive personal information (disability, religion, gender identity, race). Publishing a named respondent alongside a discrimination allegation before any finding is a defamation and privacy risk with very little news payoff. Recommend: report the existence and subject matter, not the names.
