Notes

The EDC agenda names specific development permit and rezoning applications under design review roughly 10 days before the meeting — an advance look at which major projects are moving, and the committee's design critiques are quotable.

PDF-only, no RSS or JSON. Filenames are inconsistently formatted (EDC-Subcommittee-Agenda-Aug28-2025 vs 2025-EDC-Subcommittee-Agenda-April-2) so date parsing is fragile — scrape the link list and diff for new hrefs rather than constructing URLs. Cache-buster ?cb= query strings change on republish; ignore them when deduping.
