Notes

Named Alberta lawyers facing discipline, with hearing dates — a real, recurring legal-brief item.

HIGHEST DEFAMATION EXPOSURE ON THIS LIST after criminal dockets. 'Citations Issued' means ALLEGED, not proven. Publishing a named lawyer's pending citation without the outcome is a professional-reputation harm you would have to defend. Statuses change to Adjourned/In Abeyance/withdrawn with no notification, so a cached item goes stale-and-wrong fast. Note also www.lawsociety.ab.ca returns 404 — there is no robots file at all, which means no express permission and no express prohibition; do not read the absence as a licence.

If this is yours and you want it left out, write to [email protected]. We stop reading it and withdraw everything that cited it, past editions included. Every source · How this paper is made
