Notes

Leave granted/denied on Alberta appeals — 'the Supreme Court will hear / refused to hear the Alberta case of X'. Filter titles and case metadata for Alberta origin.

TERMS CORRECTED AND LICENCE LINKED 2026-10-12 (DECISIONS #42): the Court's own terms govern its sites, not canada.ca's, which this record cited before (decisions.scc-csc.ca's footer links scc-csc.ca/resources-ressources/terms-avis/). This feed carries leave judgments: 'The decisions and reasons for decision of the Supreme Court of Canada fall within the terms of the Reproduction of Federal Law Order' — they 'may be reproduced, in whole or in part and by any means, without charge and without further permission from the Supreme Court of Canada', provided the reproduction is accurate and 'not represented as an official version'. Headnotes and other editorial features are excluded; the paper writes its own words. HIGH-VOLUME NOISE for a city brief: the overwhelming majority are non-Alberta and are dismissals with no reasons. Filter hard by province of origin, or this section will bury everything else.
