Official reported-citation versions.

TERMS CORRECTED AND LICENCE LINKED 2026-10-12 (DECISIONS #42): the Court's own terms govern its sites, not canada.ca's, which this record cited before (decisions.scc-csc.ca's footer links scc-csc.ca/resources-ressources/terms-avis/). This feed carries the Reports' judgments: 'The decisions and reasons for decision of the Supreme Court of Canada fall within the terms of the Reproduction of Federal Law Order' — they 'may be reproduced, in whole or in part and by any means, without charge and without further permission from the Supreme Court of Canada', provided the reproduction is accurate and 'not represented as an official version'. Headnotes and other editorial features are excluded; the paper writes its own words. Almost entirely retrospective — publishes SCR cites for judgments released months or years earlier. NOISE for a daily brief; include only if you need authoritative citations.

If this is yours and you want it left out, write to [email protected]. We stop reading it and withdraw everything that cited it, past editions included. Every source · How this paper is made
