Capital Line project to close 9 Avenue west of 111 Street

The closure is expected to last about 10 weeks for removals, drainage, utility and road work. Drivers will be detoured to 12 Avenue, while southbound traffic will use 9 Avenue East instead of turning left onto 12 Avenue East. Bus Route 713 will detour to 113 Street and 12 Avenue, and stop 4132 will be temporarily closed.
